Short answers about signing in, paying, spending and what we know about you.
No email and no password. Your wallet address is your account: you sign a message with any EVM wallet (MetaMask, Trust Wallet, Rabby, Coinbase Wallet, OKX and others) and we recognise you by that signature. Signing costs no gas and moves no funds.
USDC, USDT or SNCT, on the Sanect network (chain ID 7628). Each order shows an exact amount for the asset you pick. SNCT quotes use the live SNCT price and stay valid for a few minutes. Need USDC or USDT on Sanect? Bridge in from Ethereum on swap.sanect.com.
The payment is final on Sanect within about a second. After that the card is normally issued within a minute or two, and the page updates on its own. If anything takes longer, your payment is recorded and the order stays open until it is done.
Anywhere cards are accepted online, including subscriptions. You can add it to Apple Pay or Google Pay: the codes your phone needs appear on the card page. A few kinds of merchant are blocked by the card network and issuer, such as cash machines, money transfer and gambling; see the full list.
Some shops ask you to confirm a payment with a one-time code. It shows up on your card page for a few minutes, so you never wait for an SMS. Keep the card page open while you pay.
Your wallet address, and the cardholder name and email you enter when you order, which the card issuer requires. We never ask for a password and never store card numbers: when you ask to see the number, expiry and CVV it is read live from the issuer and shown only on your screen.
Open the card and press Load. Choose an amount and an asset, pay from your wallet, and the balance is on the card in a few minutes. The card page shows every top-up and every purchase.
Every order has a status page with the transaction hash. If a payment arrives but the card or load cannot be completed automatically, the order is flagged for us and you do not need to do anything. You can reach the team through the Sanect community on Telegram.
