What we collect
- Your wallet address, which is your account.
- Cardholder name and email that you enter when ordering a card. The card issuer requires them.
- Orders: what you ordered, the amounts, the asset, the on-chain transaction hash and timestamps.
- Card references and the last four digits, so we can show your cards.
- A security log of actions such as sign-in, freezing a card and viewing card details. It records that something happened and when, never the card number, CVV or any signature.
What we do not collect or store
- Passwords or seed phrases. There are none.
- Full card numbers, expiry dates or CVVs. When you ask to see them they are read live from the issuer, sent to your browser and not kept.
- Tracking cookies or third-party analytics scripts. We set one cookie, a signed session cookie that keeps you signed in.
Who sees it
The card issuer receives the cardholder name and email you enter, and processes your card and its transactions. Payments you make on Sanect are public on the blockchain by nature. We do not sell your data.
How long we keep it
Order and security records are kept as long as needed to run the service, resolve disputes and meet legal obligations. You can ask what we hold about a wallet address and ask us to correct or delete what the law allows us to delete.
Your choices
Sign out at any time from the account menu; that ends your session. Freezing a card stops it being used. To make a request about your data, reach the team through the Sanect community on Telegram at @sanectnetwork.
