1. What this is
Sanect Card lets you order a virtual payment card and load it by paying from your own crypto wallet on the Sanect network. Cards are issued by a third-party card issuer on our behalf. By using the service you agree to these terms and to the issuer’s programme rules where they apply to your card.
2. Who can use it
You must be an adult where you live, able to enter a binding contract, and in a place where using the service is lawful. You are responsible for checking that. We may refuse or end service where the law, the issuer or a card network requires it.
3. Your wallet
You sign in by signing a message with your wallet. You are responsible for your wallet, its keys and anything signed with it. We never ask for your seed phrase or private key. Anyone who controls your wallet can act as you.
4. Ordering and paying
- An order shows an exact amount in the asset you choose (USDC, USDT or SNCT on Sanect). SNCT amounts use a live price and are fixed for the quote period shown.
- We verify your payment on chain. It must come from the wallet you signed in with, go to the address shown, be at least the quoted amount and be made after the order was created.
- A quote that expires before you pay is cancelled. If you pay after that, or pay less than quoted, the order cannot complete automatically; contact us with the transaction hash and we will resolve it.
- Sending to a wrong address or on a wrong network is not something we can reverse.
5. Cards and loads
After your payment is confirmed we request the card from the issuer and, if you chose a starting balance, load it. This normally takes minutes but is not guaranteed. A card, once issued, cannot be un-issued. Loads are subject to the minimums, maximums and limits shown on the Fees page and to your card’s tier limits.
6. Fees
Our fees are shown before you pay and on the Fees page. The card issuer may charge its own conversion, cross-border or other fees on your spending; they appear as labelled rows on your card page.
7. Where the card works
Some merchant categories are blocked, and merchants can still decline a card for their own reasons. See Where the card will not work. We are not responsible for a merchant’s decision.
8. Your card details
Card number, expiry and CVV are shown only on request, after you confirm with your wallet, and only on your screen. Keep them private. Freeze the card from its page if you think it is at risk.
9. Acceptable use
Do not use the service for anything unlawful, to evade sanctions or to harm others, and do not try to bypass limits, rate limits or security controls. We may freeze a card or refuse service where we suspect misuse.
10. Availability and changes
The service depends on the Sanect network and a third-party issuer, and may be interrupted. We may change the service, fees and these terms; the current version is always on this page.
11. Liability
The service is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, for market movements, or for losses caused by your wallet, a merchant, the issuer or the network. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
